What is MicroSealant?
- MicroSealants are a family of sealants that contain no double bonds between carbon atoms, but are comprised of a single bond between carbon atoms which result in a molecular structure that is extremely stable and is resistant to oxygen, ozone, and heat.
- MicroSealant tapes are formulated from synthetic polymers and contain a proprietary built-in primer that facilitates instant bonding to most known materials used in: transportation, roofing and the traditional building envelope.
- MicroSealants have an extremely wide temperature tolerance. When properly installed, MicroSealants will bond to almost any selected substrate, resulting in a waterproof seal. MicroSealants are self-healing. MicroSealants are extremely robust to a wide range of surface condition reducing steps during installation.
- MicroSealant - contains no solvents due to its completely VOC-free proprietary primer and will not compromise air quality within the building envelope.

Used to secure large Solar panels to epdm RV roof. Very Very Strong. Will buy more in the future as i add panels. Mounted flat without brackets around all 4 sides and used a adhesive around outside to seal from any air underneath to cause lift and strengthen bond. Seems permanent.
