I use this every day with my kindle fire. When I first purchased it I just wanted to have it for occasional use. Now I use it exclusively. The idea of using my finger on the screen seems like a strange idea.

For starters, the screen stays much cleaner. As if that wasn't enough, screen selection is much more precise with this than with a finger.

Besides its benefits over using your finger, it's a good product. It's lightweight but sturdy feeling. I have never had an issue with it not registering my presses. It's not very long though, so if you want a longer stylus then this isn't the one for you. That would be a personal preference though and not at all a flaw of this product.

All in all, stop using your finger on your tablet and get a stylus.

After receiving my kindle fire hd, I was enjoying my kindle fire hd but it was annoying to see a messy and smudgy finger prints after every time I used my finger to browse the internet. Plus, there are many times when it became difficult to click a small text font because my finger tip is too big. I chose the belkin stylus over the marware stylus because the belkin stylus has 4.4 star rating and the marware stylus has a 4.3 star rating. Also, I am a fan of Belkin products as they have been very good to me. This stylus fixed those 2 problems (messy screen and inaccuracy of my finger). No more messy screen filled with streaky oily finger smudges! Now, I have great accuracy in typing and clicking with this very accurate and responsive stylus. Style? The stylus is very nice looking and sleek with the black and chrome and matches great with my kindle fire hd and the case. It doesn't feel cheap as it appears to be high quality. The clip fits nicely on my kindle fire hd standing leather case (from amazon) spine. Comfort? Feels perfectly fine and comfortable. When I first opened and saw the stylus, I thought it was too blunt and thought it may give me trouble in accuracy. However, the stylus has worked perfectly for me. I got it mostly for typing and browsing the internet rather than "fine drawing" and I am very happy with it. I also think that if the stylus is too "pointy" that it will wear out quicker and it may not be as responsive as compared to a more blunt type stylus like this belkin. I recommend it and hopefully it will last me a long time. If it doesn't, I will edit this review.

The reviews were all good so I gave it a shot. Well placed order. The one thing I found bad in reviews was the thing I like most; the clip for the stylus is tight against the 'pen' part and so it stays in the kindle's cover stylus holder instead of falling out when I turn it.
It's light weight and works perfectly for me. I'm getting a second one for my girlfriend in fact.

I was excited because my fingers were getting sore from using my ipod, iphone, Kindle fire, etc. So I finally got the stylus and was hoping that Belkin would be the best. It worked really great for the first month. It was like, I couldn't remember what it was like without it. My hands weren't a claw anymore from playing games with my finger and life was good.

Last week I noticed that it wasn't sliding the screen anymore. I would run the stylus across the kindle to scroll and it wouldn't move. I thought it was the kindle, but then I used my finger and it worked. Now all that I can do with it is tap, but I have to press rather than tap. It's frustrating because it's not like I stepped on it or anything. It's just not working.

The Belkin Stylus for Kindle Fire was a disappointment. The broad round tip is not very sensitive and does not allow for finer drawing on the drawing apps. Also, the pressure is not consistant. Sometimes one has to press hard to get a response and sometimes the pen barely touches the screen and it responds. I hoped for a pen that would have a finely to medium fine rounded tip and to be more responsive to pressure. This pen is good for children but for adults it lacks the ability for pressure sensitivity and a tip that is shaped like a pencil with a round tip.
