I had to size up because the pair that fit a little loose in the waist even with leggings underneath were too tight in the seat and hips. By the time I got the right fit in the hips and bottom the waist was way too big. The elastic tabs on the side don't get tight enough on small waisted curvy girls. That being said, they perform well in the cold and snow and they look as nice as Healy Hansen pants do at a fraction of the price.

While these may not keep you warm enough for hours and hours outside, they are exactly what I was looking for. I needed something to throw on to walk my dog and these are great for just that. You can always throw on some thermals underneath for added warmth. I love the rubberized ankle grips to keep the inside liner inside my boots. The sizing is bang on. Great colour too.
