I have the Pagoda Doggie Water Fountain. I was ready to return the fountain. The water stream was weak and it did not appear to be cleaning. I called the company. They recommended I use their filters. I tried them and no problems with the fountain since. I threw the other filters away. My Yorkies love to drink from the stream of water.

These are the pre filters made for my 2gal Petsafe fountain. I like the bigger pack because I have a Coonhound, 2 Havanese, and a cat who all drink out of same fountain. My pre filters last about 20 days. I wash fountain and parts every day and rinse filters daily as well. The Coonhound leaves drool behind in water so cleaning every day is an absolute must! I also have well water which has a lot iron, so my filters do not last full 30 days. Because I like to keep fountain clean I like to have filters on hand and I prefer the big packs because 20 days goes by faster than you think.
