Just a pro tip for people who don't want to soak these noodles, you can also just boil them for 7 minutes and they'll come out pretty good! My other rice noodles cooked perfectly like that so decided to try that out with this brand, and I would say texture and consistency is 9/10 every time. I would just make sure that if you're making soup with these, boil the noodles separately THEN boil the soup.

In case you didn't know, these noodles need to be soaked before using them. It IS possible to over-soak (who knew?), but once you get that part, these make the best, firm noodles that you can apply to anything. I meant what I wrote in the title... they are fantastic. Thank you.
