This is an integral part of my nightly routine - part of my sleep hygiene regimen so I can fall asleep faster, and stay asleep longer. I have chronic insomnia, and I'd probably be insane by now without Rescue Remedy Sleep. It slows down all the things racing around in my head when I go to bed, and I can stop thinking about each thing, one by one, until there's nothing, and I fall asleep. I may wake up once during the night, but I can go right back to sleep.
Another great use - I have a Cairn Terrier who is terrified of thunderstorms. He was kept in a cage, exposed to the elements at a puppy mill in Missouri for 5 years. When a storm would come up, he would begin to bark incessantly, and run around the living room. One spritz of Rescue Remedy or Rescue Remedy Sleep help him calm down, and I can get him up in my lap. Then he just lies there, content and calm (often nodding off if I used Sleep) for the duration of the storm, and often for a while after that. I love that there's a product safe for pets that's so soothing without necessarily being sedating.

Love this product. I have been using the Bach Flower products for almost two years. I use on my Family, my doggy children, and my grandchildren. I have a brain condition with no cure and have trouble sleeping. I have been on prescription sleep aides in the past that left me feeling worse inthe morning. I now take a melatonin and two sprays every night and I sleep like a baby and can still wake up to things that go bump in the night! I direct from site for my.other remedies but I find it.much easier to get the sleep rescue through Amazon. Since the product comes from England it takes days unless paying major shipping costs, but through Amazon I get it in two days! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED using this for sleep!

This actually puts me to sleep,and I'm a heavy-duty, Rx-taking insomniac. However, it keeps me asleep for only a few hours, and it gives me vivid dreams (that's a minus for me).
-- it seems non-addicting to me.
-- I tend to feel a bit low when I wake after using this, but that's the case with many OTC sleep aids; a little caffeine and getting on with the day's activities helps.

Very subtle but I can tell the difference. If your looking to be knocked out forget this. This just relieves the worry thinking that keeps you awake. Also forget this if your insomnia is due to deficient Neuro Transmitters or a myriad of other chemical imbalances. I've spent 4 years solving my sleep problems. See a naturopath. I'm 80% cured and believe me its hard and expensive work. Most doctors are totally clueless.

This is great if you are someone who wakes up in the middle of the night and then can't go back to sleep because your brain will not shut off. I can toss and turn for an hour before I finally give up and take this spray. I now know better and if I am not going back to sleep by 10 minutes I will spray and off I go.

Please be aware that this does not taste good. It has a strong alcohol taste. However, the taste goes away quickly.

THIS VERSION of the spray not only tastes awful, but it's also got a wallop of alcohol as an "inactive ingredient." The version I've been buying for year (both in the UK and on amazon) does NOT have alcohol as any ingredient -- so beware before you buy. Check the label.
