This is a nice way to be able to get the the nutrients needed from fruits and vegetables that most diets are severely lacking. Although I try to eat a healthy diet and do eat fruits and vegetables, I am always concerned that I am still not meeting my daily needs. A daily vitamin just does not cover all that we need. It's the lifestyles we all live. We just take a couple of these a day, and maybe should be taking more than that. But it supplements our diet with plant nutrients.
