I started fasting recently and although these have a few calories per piece, helps me to make it though to my meal time for sure. I am on a weight loss journey and have already reversed a pre-diabetes diagnosis! I could not have done it without these. Now I can't have them too sweet or I'll want to eat them all like a kid! These are sweet but not too sweet. They last a nice amount of time and I generally recommend. The price is nice and the bag can be used to refill any containers you may have. I place a few in a sandwich bag or old, previous gum container to carry to my work space and leave the rest in the kitchen for later and for the rest of the house. I certainly recommend.
