This book helped me through a time when I found out I would need surgery for cancer and at the same time, my daughter, who after having her baby found cancer in her leg, in the same week. It's main issue is that no matter how strong we look as Christians, the dark side of the soul is real too. Many of us strive to be super Christians and make our lives look just right, when at times, things do fall apart, even us. With all the failure of popular evangelists, we need to hold sight that God is the only one who is perfect and our judgement and condemnation toward others needs to be changed to God's Grace. We have enough sins in our lives to be on our knees striving for God's perfection. We need to pray for the fallen Christians who need more mercy than condemnation. That does not mean returning them to a high position, but for praying that their soul should be restored. Shelia had a breakdown and this book is her testament that even in the bottom of her life, God was already there to help her ease the fall and He was there to help lift her up again, this time as a better and more compassionate person.Read full review
