It came without a plug!!!!! I cannot use it without a way to keep the air in it!!!!!!!!!! I am mostly bed fast, & only have one bed! I got this for my Daughter or my Grand & Great-Grandchildren to have a bed to sleep on when they visit... I can't afford to send it back or buy a new one!

It arrived exactly when needed, divine intervention? I ordered it specifically for my cousin and she loves it. Of course we all had to try it out. The box was in perfect condition. How awesome not to have to use manual means for inflating and deflating. Deflated, it flattened very nicely and rolled up perfectly and fit its carrying bag beautifully.
