great product, it gets the job done. i have used these for several years. I like the because they dont need a booster pump and are easy to maintain. If you have issues, simply google the issue and polaris gives you the fix for the problem. sad that the seller didnt include all the hose and didnt include the clip on hose float attachments. Luckily i had extra.

Replaced Jandy RayVac which is a far superior pressure side pool sweep in every aspect. The Polaris 360 staggers on good random coverage of the pool bottom and requires twice the pump run time. The unit does very poorly against walls and in corners. The 9-100-1014(Velcro)bag does a good job in collecting fine particles. The bag is difficult to completely clean out debris. I swap out a clean spare bag. Installation conversion was relatively easy, including tuning the pressure and overall assembly. The 3/4 inch to 11/2 wall adapter is not included. The wheels easily slip and do not track when approaching an upward slope of a wall or corners. The reverse valve does pull it out, but often tracks right back to the same spot. I purchased extra filter bags and the C10 wheel kit to assist with traction. Overall the unit is a 3 at best.Read full review

This Polaris 360 is great. It replaced my old one. After 8 years the old one decided it was not going to work any longer plus it blew out the back 1/2 if the plate, so we decided we needed a new one. The new one has been great. The only problem at the beginning is that the hose coils up one to two loops and it will eventually work itself out but I sometimes assist it in getting out the loops. I think the hose is too long from the pool edge to the next link, hose is 7 foot long. I may try to insert a swivel in the middle of the length to where I think the looping will stop. For the first few days it went in circles in one spot for a few minuted then it would travel to the other side of the pool and come back and circle a few times, but now that happens very infrequently. Overall I'm very pleased with the Polaris 360. In 21 years of having the pool, this is my 3rd Polaris. The first one lasted 11+ years. I figure that the past 8 years the chemicals may have been to strong and we are in an extremely sunny area, Sacramento,CA, and time just fractured the plastic end a weakened it.Read full review

Product was like new, and runs great. Tail is a bit long and gets sucked up, but I shortened it and 100% now. Also, all hoses and connectors were included. Awesome!! They shipped quickly, and great value.

Instructions were relatively easy for the 360. Splicing and connecting the hoses (to shorten) was/is more difficult. I can't get a good seal; I've tried twice so far to redo them. I had a 280 and the connections were much easier to make on the hoses for that Polaris. Also, I can't find anywhere on the listing where tax would be added to the sale price; I only found out at the final checkout when it was too late. I guess that's the law now? But I thought it would be made more clear. : Other than that, I feel confident it will do a good job of picking up leaves and debris.
