After my doc recommended I take a B Complex to increase artery wall strength due to bruising and nosebleeds, I researched a lot of brands and this seemed to be clean and well-respected. Amazingly, as soon as I started taking it, my bruising and nosebleeds stopped. I am a very happy camper and feel the product is well worth the price. I just wish it came in bigger bottles (larger quantities)!
