It does seem to help my cat, but his joint issues aren't that serious yet, so I cannot say if it would help a cat with more dysfunction that mine has. It does seem kind of expensive since a bottle only last a month. I have used cosequin more successfully with other cats with more serious conditions, but when it raised one of the liver enzymes of one of my cats, I quit using it. I also won't use anything that puts a cat's kidneys at risk. So Hyaflex is the only choices left.

Have only used it for 1 month for our 17-year old arthritic kitty. Seems to be helping. Just ordered more. Time will tell. Thanks, Lil
