Directions

In a 4 quart pot bring broth to a boil. Add soup mix, lower heat and cover, simmer 30 minutes. Add cream and continue cooking on low 5 minutes more. Stir in cheese, allow to stand 5 minutes and serve.

I love frontier soups and have been purchasing these for many years. Unfortunately, the soup I received was not as advertised- they changed the recipe for the broccoli cheese soup, removing the curry and rice, which was very disappointing. The curry in particular made this soup different from other broccoli cheese soups and it was so delicious. Frontier soups are still quality mixes and this soup is still very good, hence the 4 stars, but please bring the curry back!

This is our favorite frontier soup. It is very rich when made with heavy cream. Also, has a bit of curry in it which gives it a very unique flavor. You can also add chicken or sausage to it to make it a meal. I usually add a bit of additional broccoli or dried vegetables, but you don't need to do that. It's just fine the way it comes.
