The installation is easy once you realize the programming instructions are unclear. The first (3) steps are clear. Once those steps are complete, the first step in linking the alarms is to simply pull out the filled battery drawer and proceed with step 2. All alarms announced properly during test. No real fire or CO so, no knowledge of actual system response. Alarm has built in seven year end of life limit.
