Phone looks almost brand new. Charged up to full 100% easily. Didn't come with a SIM card, but that was perfect, as it's for my friend in South Africa and he'll have to get his own SIM card anyway. It didn't come with a charger or cord either, but that was fine as I had a whole basket of cords that would fit from previous phones I've had. All was know up front and better than expected. This was a great value and a great purchase!
