The chairs are nicely styled. The rocker bars have rubber "tires", great for smooth rocking on our tile floor. Assembly was not difficult, although some of the pieces had a letter "A" sticker on them, with no mention in the instructions. The parts are labeled with LETTERS in the parts list. I later deduced that all of the "A" parts belonged to one chair (two chairs in the box), which made some of the screws hard to start because of poor alignment. Why not use NUMBERS for the chairs, like "CHAIR 1" and "CHAIR 2", if it matters. One seat frame was received damaged (wicker webbing was punched all the way through both strands at a cross-over in the seat). I reported on the web site per the instructions (call xxx number or go to web site xxx). No response after 11 days. I didn't notice the hole until after assembling the chair. Now, it is starting to unravel, so I glued the strands with silicone adhesive. The front screw holes in the rocker bars had obviously been reamed out with a drill to correct a misalignment. This left lots of aluminum shavings inside the bars that got everywhere during assembly. Poor quality and no support are not what I expected for the price. I did not try the telephone number yet, but I did file a report on the web site, and got no reply. These chairs could be a 5, but minus 1 for the defect and minus 1 more for no response when reported.Read full review
