When Stargate SG-1 came out originally, I never watched it. At the time, I was a full-force fan of Star Trek & Star Wars. I didn't have any desire to watch the show. I was first interested in the line by the newest series, Universe. However, they were always saying "inside" data that I didn't have since I never watched any of the originals (including the Atlantis series). So, I went back to the original in season 1 and I have been hooked ever since! Universe has NOTHING on the original series. I bought season 7 because I have been impressed enough to collect the entire series, something I didn't even bother to do with Star Trek or Star Wars!! If you like action, adventure, intrigue & suspense in a Sci-Fi setting, this series is for you!!
I was glad to find season 7 in the original boxed packaging with the slimline cases. That being said, I like the seventh season just as much as any of the others. It was good to see the return of Daniel Jackson for this season. Unlike past seasons, I noticed that there are a lot more episodes in this one that are centered around planet Earth. The Stargate doesn't seem to be used as much by SG-1 as it was in previous episodes. I don't want to give any spoilers away, but I will say that Anubis appears, along with some Goa'uld that are pretty much invulnerable.
I was sent an import that does not work on my DVD player. I can't even read what's on the box it's in chinese or something. The picture for the auction showed this same stock photo as this one which I have all the previous ones but got the wrong thing. If I had received the correct set I would have loved it becuase I have all previous sets and love them. I watched every episode when aired and all ready now what I'm getting.
good plots and good character development. Very entertainment lots of continue story lines, Fun to watch.

I am an avid fan of Stargate SG-1, and will usually buy from Amazon at full price. Then I thought why not buy from E-bay? I have been very fortunate in all my buying from Ebay. The person that I bought this DVD series from I was well pleased with. I have so far found that buying on Ebay is safe and easy. This DVD series is a must for Stargate fans. Lot's of none stop action and never a dull moment. Something you could watch over and over again.
