If your vegan / vegitarien, I assume you'll love. It's a but pricy. I bought because I'd heard it was easy on the stomach. But I'm not a fan of hard pills. I like caps and gels. Also check the ingredients. I didn't read them well enough. It contains alfalfa (im alergic) I could smell it when I opened the bottle. Pretty smelly. But hey, all natural! :)
