I had 1/4” diamond plate steel that I measured wrong & had to cut 1” off of each of (4) plates 133” long x 33” wide. 1” off the width & 2” off the length of (1) plate. I bougt (2) of these & (2) diamond blades, a Bosch & an Irwin. Just to have choices. Both diamond blades cut about 6” worth & died. The Irwin blades did all (5) cuts. I went slow with cutting oil. Progress was about 2” in 2 minutes - then stop to cool off. Slow & steady with cooling off seems to work in my situation. You can feel when the blade gets hot & cut slow s down.
