Rodney Yee is a great Yoga Teacher. I like the fact the video is broken into 3 separate sections; however if you are beginning with section 2, you must warm up beforehand. Part 2 is more fast paced so you cannot just begin with that without some type of warm up. I have yet to complete the entire hour. Usually complete 2 out of 3 sections. Rodney Yee has a very soothing voice and the music played really is very relaxing. He explains every move quite well.

This is an intermediate level video. One needs some familiarity with the basic poses. It follows the Vinyasa concept of movement aligns with the breath. Other videos spend more time on positioning and prompts as to where to breath as one moves through practices. Yee has packed a bunch of movement & poses into 17-minutes with 3-minutes of cool down. This is a good workout that needs more than a beginners level of strength. I tried this video after only a couple of months into yoga and had no success. But came back to it after I had mastered poses and built strength and found it to be fine.
