This is a super nice carport. I just bought another one - the first one held up pretty good but we had tornado warnings and left to get away from the storm a couple of years ago. We got home and some of the poles were bent and twisted and it was in the yard laying on it's side. I used augers to anchor it to the ground (they can be found at wallyworld camping area fairly cheap) but I'm certain violent wind would take most carports down. Keeping the car about 20 or so degrees cooler really makes a difference. The GA sun is a scorcher...
