This Otterbox defender case does protect the phone as promised, but... 1. It wasn't the easiest item to assemble. The instructions and ease of putting the 3 levels of protection on the box could have been more user friendly. The instructions should have been more detailed with easier and concise instructions. 2, Once assembled, the case is a bit bulky to carry around...but it does protect the phone.
