This is the answer to my prayers. This is a lightweight well constructed roof rake. The blade is thicker than I expected about 1/8". It was easy to assemble with the included tools. I bought this due to ice dams that have troubled me for years. I had no way to pull snow down off the roof other than a shovel. It pulled 6" of snow like it was nothing. I always try to make due with what I have around the house but this is one of those products I should have bought years ago. It extends easily and locks tight and the materials used are made to last. I cant think of a single thing to make it better.

I have many large trees in my yard and use the snow joe to remove leaves, pine needles and branches from my roof. The first time I used it I had lots of debris on the roof from hurricane Irma. In spots it was at least 6" thick. The snow joe removed all the debris without me having to climb onto the roof. Love this tool.

broke the first day at the bend in the top section. I was able to reattach the handle using sheet metal screws and it worked awesome. The bend in the top section of handle where the brace comes in is a weak point. Not sure why its there, because it works fine without it. It is a good buy as long as you fix it after it breaks!

Nice snow rake with an aluminum head cuts through packed snow unlike the poly headed rakes. This company is really responsive to customer problems and responds very quickly to make things right.
