Dough gets stuck in this cutter so badly! I guess it is really no worse than any other plastic solid back cookie cutter. If you've ever used one, you know what I mean. If not, be prepared for a little frustration. Do a little internet research for tips in advance, you will be glad you did. People will recommend all sorts of tricks from greasing or flouring the cutter, to super cold dough, rolling out your dough between wax paper, rolling your dough thicker, rocking your cutter, and so forth. You will probably have to experiment to find a method that works well for you. Making cookies with this cutter will be time consuming. If you are prepared for that, you are golden. But it is super cute and every tiny detail of the design held well through baking in the cookies I made.
