Strepsils Orange with Vitamin C 24 Lozenges (Pack of 2) * 48 lozenges - 2 packs of 24 lozenges each Lozenges for coughs, throat irritation and sore throats. Strepsils contains two active ingredients, namely amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, that are mild antiseptics, which can kill bacteria associated with mouth and throat infections. For mild to moderate sore throat, choose from Strepsils Honey & Lemon, Strepsils Original, Strepsils Orange with Vitamin C (with Vitamin C to replace Vitamin C lost during a cold), or Strepsils Warm.
